Aunque en 1544 se estableci\u00f3 ese centro en la ciudad de Gracias a Dios, en Honduras, a los cuatro a\u00f1os se not\u00f3 la inoperancia de esa urbe para las funciones que deb\u00edan cumplir los funcionarios.
